Zeke's Wistaria adventure ...

Zeke was walking down a path ... not that he had much else to go, the trees were packed together so tightly that no living being could go through them. There were some ledges here and there, but overall very boring to walk through.

As you walk you notice a small acorn hanging from a tree. It plops down, smacks you on the head and then rolls to the ground.

"Ouch ..." said Zeke. He looked at the acorn and noticed it had feet. A Seedot, perhaps? He remembered seeing some of these back in Hoenn ... he saw this as the perfect opportunity to catch his first pokemon!

"Go, Ralts!" he exclaimed, throwing a pokeball high into the air. With a brilliance of light, the Ralts appeared. "Use confusion on that acorn!"

"SEEEEEDDOOTT!" it screeched as the Confusion blasted it. It started to glow white and then it turned red. It appeared to be storing up energy!

"Ralts, use confusion again!" Zeke started to sweat a bit, getting a pokeball ready for the capture of Seedot .... this would be his first capture ever. All his pokemon were given to him by the Magma leaders ...

The Ralts used Confusion yet again, but it seemed that Seedot had used Harden just before it fell on your head. It was too weak to withstand another attack though, but it seemed that it was about to release Bide!

Zeke cried out "Finish it off with Confusion!"

The Ralts nodded and quickly used Confusion, knocking out the Seedot.

With a bit of sweat on his cheek, Zeke threw a pokeball at the Seedot. He felt nervous, actually catching his first pokemon ...

Teeter. Teeter..... Click!

Seedot:

Zeke stared at the pokeball he had just caught a pokemon with. He couldn't believe it. He just caught a pokemon. By himself. It felt great. Like a warm feeling inside when you just got a gift. He picked it up, confident this was a signifier of a great start. Zeke called back his Ralts, still pretty healthy looking, and continued on his path.

As you walk, you notice something small hunched over picking up some berries. You approach it and, startled, it drops the berries. It turns and you recognize a Kricketot.

Zeke looks at the Kricketot .... it's like nothing he's ever seen before. He's not used tot he Pokemon outside of Hoenn. He feels he must catch it.

"Ralts, time to shine again!" Zeke sent out his Ralts. "Use Confusion!"

As you were about to use Confusion, the Kricketot ran off, it seemed, in fear. You turn and find a Mankey staring at you angrily.

Zeke stared at the Mankey adoringly. It's something new to him. But it seems to be staring at something ... THE BERRIES! It seems it was about to attack the Kricketot eating the berries so it could eat.

"Ralts .... use confusion on the Mankey!"

Ralts nods and uses Confusion, almost KO'ing the Mankey, as Psychic is powerful against Fighting. It ran forward weakly and attacked Ralts with a Low Kick. It then fell over to catch it's breath, leaving it vulnerable for another attack.

Zeke almost felt bad for the Mankey ... almost.

"Use another Confusion!"

(PS: I really hate using the same attack over and over )

At this attack the Mankey tipped over and fainted.

Zeke threw a pokeball at the Mankey. Excited to catch his first ever pokemon not found in Hoenn.

A smile came across Zeke's face already. Maybe he was a hotshot trainer. Maybe Team Magma had trained him. Wistaria City was in view, but still quite aways away. Ralts still looked pretty healthy. A bruise here or there, but good to fight another battle or two.

And you head again, to Wistaria City, but you notice a small caterpillar worming it's way across the grass. It stops and gets ready to battle you.

(Lolz. Caterpillar? Worming? Get it?)

Zeke stared at the caterpiller long and hard ... it was green and had red antennae sticking out of it's head. He wasn't sure he knew the name, as Hoenn only taught the kinds of pokemon found in that region.

"Ralts, use Confusion!" exclaimed Zeke.

The Caterpie was hit by the Confusion and then it ran forward, attempting to Tackle Ralts.

Zeke was kind of grossed out watching the Caterpie. He was scared of normal bugs, he wasn't sure if Pokemon bugs were just as gross ...

"Ralts, u-use Confusion!" Zeke started to stutter.
