Birthdays

And no, this isn't made ebcause my birthday is near. that was about 2 months ago.

For every person's birthday, we give them a Birthday Pikachu! (picture later)

it's moveset is completely made up:
Cake Throw (Fire): Pikachu throws a birthday cake piece. It does some damage and may lower accuracy of the enemy. there's a 1/10 chance the cake has a lit candle, which will make the attack do more damage and may cause burn.

Present: Ok, this attack exists

Pinata Panic (normal): This is a multihit attack (hits 2-5 times). The accuracy is very low, but if Pikachu manages to hit it causes major damage (and heals Pikachu a bit).

Static Shock (electric): Pikachu gained so much static electricity from balloons that Pikachu is able to use this attack. it causes paralysis.
