Principal Melon

Hello, Class! My name is Principal Melon! I am one of the many professors here at URP. We all focus on the same thing here; role-playing skills. I take up to two students at a time (a number to be changed when this site grows). If you have trouble with certain things, I will focus on that. But in General, I help with all parts of roleplaying.

The monthly roleplay:
I like to give students variety. Every month is a new RPG. Since we're nearing the end of the month, this one will continue into August.
These RPGs are taken from a sister site to the Reione Region; The RPG Forum
This month is the Dream Machine, created by our own Ast. Principal, Meap the Alien.

The teacher calls you and a few other students to the front of the class and hands you each an envelope. This is followed by a series of snarky 'ooo's' from the class. You shrug it off and decide not to tell your parents, just in case. You open the letter in your room and read it.

'Dear Student,

Due to your special... abilities you have been chosen for a special experiment that involves the controlling of dreams. Please attend school tomorrow at 3:00 PM. Despite the fact it is a Sunday, please make sure you come. We are so glad someone as special as you attends our school!

Regardless of how strange the choosing of you is you decide to attend the experiment, but it's not all it appears to be. Due to your powers, those that you thought nobody knew about, you have been sealed within a dream. Escape, or be trapped forever.

Name: Melissa "Mel" Dalca
Age: 14
Personality: Mel is very anti-social, though there are some exceptions. She is a tom-boy and is easily annoyed. She is sarcastic and enjoys coming up with jokes that insult others just to amuse herself. Mel could care less about what anyone else thinks and is mainly self-centered.
Appearance: Mel has short, brown hair with purple on the underside and hazel eyes. She wears a light grey hoodie and ripped skinny jeans. She wears black hightops and a dog tag necklace.
Power: Mel has the ability to control electric charge.
Other: Nope

Name: Ursula Rinaldi
Age: 13 1/2
Personality: Ursula is outgoing and overall friendly, but she has a very competitive attitude. She hates to lose, but still loves to joke around. She'll usually joke around to the point that it annoys people, though she doesn't realize it. She loves to be creative and is extremely artistic.
Appearance: Ursula has brown hair that she has in two curly pigtails tied with pink ribbons. Her eyes are a piercing green and her skin is a soft tan. Her outfit is usually a white dress with blue lace around the bottom and sleeves. She sometimes wears fingerless gloves, a pink t-shirt and a jean skirt, when she's doing some sort of engaging activity. Her shoes are pink converse with bright yellow highlights on the sides and a black heart in the inside.
Power: Ursula can control electricity and morph it into anything or use it for whatever it can be used for.
Other: She absolutely hates bugs and they make her scream and freak out completely.

@Meap Originally I would kick you out, but since there is only two of us (me and CB), I will make an exception. NO DITCHING RPG FORUM THOUGH, just 'cause I brought this over. Speaking of which you haven't posted there in a while and I be angry.

So... what happens now?

I'll post the sheet again on this post, but instead with Instructions.

Name: This one is simple. Some prefer putting both first and last, though this isn't a rule. It's perefectly fine to put only the first name, which you did perfectly well
Age: This one does require much explanation, though for future reference it is usually good to make your character the about the age of other characters. Since you were given a range, you already had a limit that you followed.
Personality: Personality should be descriptive, atleast 2 full sentences is good. This is basically what to expect your character to be like. Is he easy to get along with? Is he shy? Is he lazy?
Appearance: A good, basic appearance includes an outfit, but putting eye color, hair color, and things of the like is even better; though an outfit is all that's needed. If comaring it to a character (such as red), it is helpful to put a picture.
Power: A power should never be the same as someone elses in the RPG. Other than that, your free to put any power here.
Other: Other is optional and is only used if you have anything else to say about your character.

Make sure to read the plot of the RPG; it will explain why their are certain parts in the sign-up such as 'Power'

*See the parenthesis? These indicate that I am talking OOC, or Out Of Character. This means it is not my character talking, yet myself. OOC doesn't have to be double parenthesis; it can come in the form of (), [], or {}. This is very helpful and avoids confusion.))

Age:13
Personality:Knuckles is a caring kind of guy, loves animals, and likes to care for people. Some people are mean to him, but that doesn't mean his life has to end.
Appearance:Always wears a hat, under his hat is a army style haircut, with bald sides to the hair. He has blue eyes and wears a jacket with a shirt under it(kinda like Red and Ash)
Power:Has the power to bend(Avatar Reference)Fire and Water.
Other:Loves animals, isn't scared to be around any animal
Confirmation:???

The sun rose that morning. Ursula was in the bathroom curling her hair and after she did so, she slipped on her white dress and walked downstairs. She grabbed a pop-tart from the toaster and headed out the door, walking toward the school in the distance. She was but a few blocks away, so she took her time.

Redey was dreading this day. The day he went back to school. He needed to go back for some "special abilities" thing. He couldn't remember. He got up to a warm smell. A smell he knew very well, breakfast. He got dressed and went downstairs to see what he was having. His favorite: sausage, a little crispy. Some scrambled egg whites, two pieces of toast, and a good hickory smoked ham piece. He couldn't wait. He forgot to brush his teeth. So he went up to brush his teeth before eating and went downstairs to eat. It took him about 10 minutes to eat. He looked at the clock. IT WAS 9:30! He was going to be late! He rushed out the door and headed for school.

Ursula finally arrived at the school to find the door open. She walked inside, and noticed that all but one room was completely dark. As she figured that was the room where the experiment was taking place, she opened the door and walked inside.

Redey finally arrived at school to see Mel waiting outside.

"What are you doing here?" he asked.

Ursula waited, standing in the room. She didn't see anyone in the room, but a few chairs lined up had small head-shaped machines over them. She decided it would be best not to sit down at the moment.

"So you got the same letter I did? Most likely I say."

Redey opened the door for Mel and let her in first. When he did this, he saw Ursula inside.
"What is this a family reunion?" Redey asked.

"Mel? Redey?" Ursula spun around to see them behind her in the doorway.

"That's my name." Redey said as he tipped his hat to Ursula.
"Did you get the same letter we did?"

"Sure did." Ursula replied, after giving Mel a death-stare. She pulled the letter from her dress pocket and flashed it and then returned it to her pocket.

"I see. Do you know what we're here for?"

"I think we're supposed to sit in those chairs." Ursula replied, completely ignoring Mel's initial comment.
