"Let's try Charm?" Mel ordered, wondering if he could learn it. Forunately, the pokemon was able to do it quickly; since it was a simple move. Chiri charmingly stared at Ronnie.

Ronnie, going googoo over Chiri, let it's attack lower. "Ronnie! Leer then bite it, quick!" Ronnie nodded, leered and then ran forward and chomped down on Chiri's tail.

Chiri ran behind Mel at the leer, and therefore Mel's foot got bitten instead of Chiri's tail. This was especially painful since she wasn't wearing shoes. Mel frantically shook her leg, trying to get Ronnie off. "Get off!" She shouted.

Mel flew off her foot and, desperate to catch it, Alyssa dived, and barely caught her Kibago. "Let's call it a draw..." Alyssa panted.

"That's fine for now, but I'm going to train Chiri to easily defeat your Kibago!" Mel challenged, fire gleaming in her eyes.

"No way! Ronnie's gonna destroy your little Chiramii!" Alyssa said, thinking of Mel as a rival now. Kibago nodded and, from Alyssa's arm's, it stared, challengingly at Chiri.

"We'll see about that!" Mel smiled. Chiri got out from behind her and growled challengingly at Ronnie.

"Ki!" Kibago shouted at Chiri. Alyssa pat Ronnie's head and then turned to Mel. "I'll see you around!" she said, dashing off toward the route toward Wistaria City. She couldn't wait to see her mom again.

Mel started walking to Wistaria city as well. She picked up her Chiri and headed forward.
