Finding shiny pokemon in rp

In RP's, there should always be a chance of finding a shiny pokemon. Before you post that a wild pokemon is appearing, Meap, use this random number generator.

set the max number to 8192 (the odds of finding a shiny is 1:8192), then press the generate button. if it comes up with a "1", that pokemon you were about to post is shiny.

As for missions, if a pokemon is being given away as a reward, set the number to 10945 then press the generate button. If it comes up with 1, the pokemon being given away is shiny. For eggs, same rule. you wont get a shiny egg, but the pokemon inside is shiny.
